Fees

A one-time $1,000 fee per account (entity or retirement) covers setup and processing. For retirement accounts, the fee applies only to the first account.

• AUM Fees (Annual):  

  • 2% for assets under $5 million.  

  • 0.5% for assets between $5 million and $10 million.  

  • 0.4% for assets above $10 million.  

  • $100 monthly minimum. 

  • The advisory fee is calculated monthly based on the average daily balance of assets under management in your account for the month. The calculation is as follows:

    (Average Daily AUM for the month) × (Annual AUM Fee % ÷ 100) × (Number of days in month ÷ 365)
     

• Performance Fees:  

  • No performance fee for accounts with a value under $1.1 million or returns of 0%-8%.

  • 20% for returns over 8% (No performance fees on the appreciation off assets brought to DWP)

• USDC stablecoin over Ethereum.  

• Wire transfer.
